Delicious Fried Rice Recipe


Hey guys, so in the kitchen today we will be making fried rice. credit for this recipe


3 Tbsp butter divided

2 eggs,whisked

2 medium carrots, peeled and diced

1/2 a  green pepper, diced

1/2 a red pepper, diced

1/2 an orange pepper, diced

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, diced

salt and pepper

1 1/2 cup green peas

4 cups cooked and chilled rice

4 teaspoons soy sauce

2 Tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

*if you have selfish allergies, you need to avoid using oyster sauce.

1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil



for eggs:

Place 1/2 Tbsp butter  in a pan and allow to melt on medium high heat

whisk the two eggs and add into pan

Fry the egg stirring it to make it scrambled
Remove egg and transfer to a separate plate




dice vegetables, carrots, green,red,orange pepper, onion:


 Mince the garlic



for fried rice:

Add additional 1 Tbsp butter to the pot and heat until melted


Add the vegetables, onion, garlic and frozen peas

Saute 5 minutes or until carrots and onion are soft




Season with generous pinch of salt and pepper

saute for about five minutes or until onions and carrots are soft

increase heat to high, add in the remaining 1 1/2 Tbsp butter and stir until melted


immediately add the rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce(if using) and stir until combined


Continue stirring for an additional 3 minutes to fry the rice

Add in the eggs and stir to combine

Add the sesame oil, stir to combine and remove from heat

*sesame seed oil is meant as a finishing oil, not a cooking oil, so remove pan from heat once you have added it

and VOILA! you have your fried rice, serve warm
